Beacon Sales helps ‘Fish For Kings’ net more business.

Fish for Kings are the premiere supplier of the finest fresh seafood to hotels, restaurants and corporate dining across London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.

In 2019 Fish for Kings relocated into a dedicated purpose built unit in Bethnal Green.  The move made it possible to realise their ambition to supply fresh fish quickly and more efficiently to their expanding client base. 

Beacon Sales came on board to assist with the transition and free the business owner to systemise the operation. This included:

  • Revising employment contracts, job descriptions and roles for all staff
  • Freeing salesman to work exclusively on building and servicing the client base
  • Systemising procedures so all staff were fully confident in, and committed to, their roles
  • Creating a new website to showcase their expertise
  • Freeing time for the owner to work on developing new business opportunities
